The Hub is a turnkey project consisting of a 27-story residential concrete tower with post-tensioned slabs. It includes commercial spaces on the ground floor, eight levels of parking, and 17 floors with a total of 228 apartments and social areas featuring a Padel court and Sky Lounge. The scope of work includes the construction of the concrete structure, masonry, prefabricated walls, electromechanical systems, and all finishes throughout the building.
