Art Haus involves the partial demolition and remodeling of the former Saks in Santa Ana, transforming it into 42 commercial units. The project includes structural reinforcement by enlarging existing concrete columns and installing steel structures. Activities include construction of the mat foundation, metal deck slabs, roofing, masonry, light walls, finishing work, and electromechanical systems.
