The project consists of demolishing the existing finishes and remodeling for the adaptation of the new branch of the prestigious restaurant Papa John’s. The area is made up of two levels; the first includes a public service area, the kitchen, and administration, while the second is a storage area, office, and kitchenette for the administrative staff. Additionally, it has systems for electricity, plumbing, data, CCTV, and sound, an air conditioning system, and a cold room.
