This project involved the renovation and adaptation of seven commercial units. Each location includes customer service areas, kitchens, administration offices, storage rooms, and staff facilities. Works included demolition of existing finishes, masonry, light partitions, wall and floor coverings, ceiling finishes, painting, cold storage, electrical systems, plumbing (potable, sanitary, gas), sprinklers, air conditioning, data systems, CCTV, sound, and fire alarm systems.
