As project managers, Grupo UDG was responsible for the planning, direction, and construction control of Paramount, located on Paseo del Mar in Costa del Este. This high-rise residential building features 62 floors with two apartments per level. Each apartment has a private lobby and over 20 linear meters of ocean and city views. The social areas include swimming pools, gym, sauna, sports courts, gardens, and children's playrooms.
